It has a lot of LOTD content, but I think it's still considered in the early stages. Licentia (NSFW) has a lot of LOTD. You can tone down/turn off the NSFW elements if you want and set up the list to run on lower-end hardware if you need to. Lost legacy has got to be the most complete lotd experience. I could be wrong.

Honest Living Skyrim 3 is a go to for me. The authors working on Living Skyrim 4 currently and will most likely be coming out in a few months. For a long playthrough this would be one of the better ones in my opinion.
